Top 3 Videos for Getting Started with Adobe Analytics Workspace
I’m starting to curate links and videos to help co-workers get started in Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Alteryx. All of these vendors provide ample, high quality resources but I’ve found that it’s still hard for someone new to hit the ground running.
These are some of my favorite videos from Adobe for just getting started with Workspace in Adobe Analytics :
Statista offers a search engine for market data, surveys, and statistics via corporate subscriptions. But a certain amount of information is publicly available. Here’s an example of a search on Education in China. It yields a short overview of how education is structured in China, some interesting high-level stats on things like number of universities, number of enrolled students in public universities, etc. You can see the high level numbers on the main search results page, but clicking into details (here’s the ‘number of universities’ detail page) runs you into the paywall.

The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) also has data and data tools available, including for global education. Here’s an example for Enrollment Rate.

U.S. Department of Education’s Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS – which has its own tools for data extraction around topics like enrollment, institutional characteristics, pricing, outcomes measures, graduation rates, financial aid, etc)
